3. How do I care for my MIRROR clothing?

We recommend washing your clothes at 30°C on a cotton cycle and not using a tumble dryer to preserve the quality of the fabrics and embroidery.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This will allow you to track your package in real time.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us by email.

6. What does the authenticity card consist of?

Thanks to the NFC chip embedded in the card, you can instantly access the sweatshirt's product page on your phone. This card also opens the doors to exclusive upcoming events.

7. Will there be restocks of old collections?

No, our policy firmly rejects fast fashion and prioritizes the total exclusivity of our sweatshirts. Therefore, there will never be any restocks. However, we may reintroduce the same sweatshirt style but in a different color in the future.
